super-interesting! is a multidisciplinary architecture, design, and sustainability consulting practice formed in 2004 in the dumbo waterfront area of brooklyn, new york, and now based in new york and st. louis. our work spans residential, institutional, educational and commercial spheres, with a strong commitment to sustainable design and development. we are further involved in furniture and lighting development and research on green technologies and affordable housing models.
our projects focus on an understanding of site, program, and behavior. we are fascinated by the way people use their spaces. we think that smart design, new materials, technologies and green initiatives can create exciting new spaces and ways of living in them. we are committed to social, political, and environmental responsibility.
we are particularly interested in blurring the boundaries between fields of design and finding possibilities within new scopes of practice, including participating in the formulation of business models, graphics and branding.
our practice operates across a multitude of scales both in terms of physical size and conceptual ideas. we like super-interesting architecture, interiors, furniture, landscapes, events, products, and concepts!
